Elaine McCloud, the visionary behind Ambrosia Caterers is a native of Miami, Florida where she grew up sampling from the melting pot of southern, Latina, and exotic Caribbean cuisines. Some of Elaine’s original recipes were tested on fellow students at Howard University where her gift for palate pleasing food, and the desire to share it with others was realized.
